Mazio Royster
Former USC standout and NFL Player, Royster is widely considered to be one of Hollywood's premier sports action coordinators. With over a dozen films, seventy five national commercials and videos under his belt, he is striving to take 3rd and 1 to the next level.
"I feel as if I have a huge advantage coordinating a project in a sport with which I am incredibly familiar. Having played football from high school, to major college, to the Pros for over twenty plus years gives me a keen eye for authenticity. After all, who better to coach the players than the ones who played the game", says Royster.
At a young age sports were Mazio's passion. He made it a goal to make a name for himself and football was the vehicle he used to do it.
In 1990 while at USC, his hard work paid off, he became only the third sophomore to surpass 1,000 yards rushing in a single season.
For fifteen years, Mazio had the highest yards per carry average of any tailback at USC (a feat topped by Reggie Bush and Lendale White).
Drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Mazio played three seasons with the Bucs and was then selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the expansion draft. After being placed on injured reserve in Jacksonville, Mazio decided to return to his native California, retire and pursue his second career in entertainment.
